DOTHAN: At 10:08 PM Multiple Dothan Fire units were dispatched to a possible vehicle fire involving a Tanker Truck with 1000 gallons of gas on board. reports were smoke coming from the rear of the trailer.
When Engine 4 arrived they reported nothing visible and they were investigating. After a short time it was determined that the smoke was coming from the rear brakes on the trailer. The truck driver was calling a mechanic to come check them out. Engine 2 and Truck 3 were released from the scene leaving Engine 4 to stand by.
Dothan Police also responded.
