DOTHAN: Dothan Fire and Pilcher’s responded to a medical call at Tri-State Rubber on the Circle. Reports are a male was struck by a tire and has a head injury. Dothan Dispatched advised Engine 4 that CPR was in progress.
Engine 4 arrived on scene and advised the victim was unresponsive but breathing with a large laceration to his head. The victim was transported to the hospital with paramedics calling a Trauma Alert.
