This was my first RV purchase. Brad and Cindy were VERY patient............I must have had a 1000 questions and sent 50 emails. Great, fast communication. Brad cleared every hurdle I put in front of him to keep me from buying this unit. Excellent customer service. I drove just over 5 hours away. No one could touch their pricing. And the "no dealer fees" they advertise is exactly that, no fees!! No smoke and mirrors, no bait and switching of units. 

Robert was the tech who did my walk through and class on my unit and overall RV ownership. He's pretty much an expert and an RV owner himself. He knew all the small details about ownership like towing, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting etc.

Transaction was smooth and painless. Easy financing, TONS of inventory. Fully stocked Pro Shop. They even install the hitches and brake controllers.

I am VERY happy with Bama RV and they will be my first choice when we buy again.
