City of Dothan Sanitation Collection Schedule for Christmas Holiday

In observance of the Christmas Holidays, the City of Dothan will be closed on Friday, December 23, 2016 and Monday, December 26, 2016.  Therefore, the following schedule will apply to City of Dothan sanitation customers:  


Friday residents will receive garbage (automated green cart) and recycling collection earlier in the week on Wednesday, December 21, 2016. Monday residents will receive garbage and recycling collection on Wednesday, December 28, 2016.


There will be no trash (leaves, limbs, junk, etc.) collection for Friday or Monday, and there is no make-up day for trash.


If you have any questions, the Environmental Services Division can be contacted at 615-3820 during the office hours of 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.


Please remember to place all garbage, recycling, and trash by the curb prior to 6:00 a.m. on the day of your pick-up. Thank you!
