On 12/20/2016 Investigators arrested and charged 41 year old Patrick Domico Thomas, of Fountain St. with Sexual Abuse of a Child less than 12 Years Old, Enticing a Child and Attempted Rape 1st. Bond has been set at $105,000.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Due to the sensitive nature of this case no other details can be released.
