On 02/24/2017 Investigators arrested and charged 29 year old Sterling Lee Howell, of S. Oates Street, with three counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Theft of Property 2nd degree. Bond has been set at $40,000.


All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
