Drug Round Up Lands 19 people in Jail

On March 1, 2017, the Houston County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from Agents with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, arrested numerous individuals following ongoing investigations in reference to the Possession and Sale of Illegal Narcotics. These Investigations spanned several months and resulted in the following arrests: 

Raderius David Marshall: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance x 2 – bond set at $30,000

Melissa Kay Enfinger: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance – bond set at $30,000; Chemical Endangerment of a Child – bond set at $15,000 

Dallas Earl Stringer: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance x 2 – bond set at $30,000 each; Chemical Endangerment of a Child – bond set at $15,000 

Shirley Marie Sumphere: Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – bond set at $10,000 -

Kenneth Paul Sumphere: Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance x 2 – bond set at $2,500 each; Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – bond set at $2,500, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia bond set at $2,500 

Brandon Lance Hobbs: Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance x 2 – bond set at $2,500 each

Jasmine Harris: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance x 2 – bond set at $2,500 each

Antwuan Lamar Ellis: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance – bond set at $2,500 -

Jerilynn Zito: Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – bond set at $5,000; Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – bond set at $500

Giovanni Gibson: Attempt to Commit a Controlled Substance Crime – bond set at $2,500; Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – bond set $10,000 

 Joseph Ray Berry: Unlawful Possession of Synthetic Marijuana – bond set at $2,500; Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine – bond set at $2,500; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia x 2 – bond set at $300 & $1,000; Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – bond set at $300; Attempt to Commit a Controlled Substance Crime – bond set at $2,500 

Eva Flemings: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance – bond set at $20,000 

Dalton Kane Huggins: Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine – bond set at $2,500 

April Dawn Ingram: Unlawful Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance – bond set at $60,000; Trafficking Methamphetamine – bond set at $60,000 

Charlie Cooper: Attempt to Commit a Controlled Substance Crime – bond set at $5,000 

Charlotte Pynes: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance – bond set at $20,000 

Jeremy Bullard: Sell/Furnish a Controlled Substance to a Minor – bond set at $60,000 

Derrick Rhodes: Trafficking Synthetic Marijuana – bond set at $100,000 

Johnny Martin Kirkland: Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – bond set at $300
