On 3-1-17 at approximately 1330 hours, an officer with the Graceville Police Department performed a traffic stop on a red motorcycle at the intersection of Cliff St and 8th Ave. The traffic stop stemmed from a complaint of trespassing at the Graceland Manor Apartments but the motorcycle was also observed to have a tag displayed that had been expired since January 2016.
Upon making contact with the motorcycle operator, he was identified by his Florida ID card as William Langston II. Langston advised the officer that his license was suspended and had been for some time.
Langston was detained for not having a driver’s license and upon inventorying the backpack he was wearing, the officer discovered syringes, glass pipe and plastic containers with suspected methamphetamines.
Arrested: William Orlando Langston II of Graceville
Charges: Driving with Suspended License
No Motorcycle Endorsement
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
