TUSCALOOSA – Lela Colburn Farley, age 82, of Tuscaloosa, died January 2, 2017, at home. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, January 5, 2017, at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.



She was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn Colburn; father, George Colburn; and siblings, Jessie Colburn, Stella Richie, Gracie Bauer, Alcie Watkins, Carolean Kinard, James Colburn, J. C. Colburn and Junior Colburn.
Survivors include her daughter, Brittany Caldwell (J. R.); son, Freddie Beck (LaDonna); grandchildren, Steve Beck, Michael (Jamie), Ricky, Brantley Caldwell and Easton Caldwell; great-grandchildren, Gage Beck, Maggie Beck and Tyler Martin Beck; and nieces and nephews, Jean Gulley (Erick), Dawn Colburn, Kim Colburn, Barbara Ann Albrecht (Helmut), Margaret Morrison (Mike), Brenda Miller (Larry), Elizabeth Miller, Trent Creel and Brandon Creel.
Lela was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War.



Pallbearers will be Steve Beck, Michael Beck, Gage Beck, J. R. Caldwell, Ricky Beck and Kenny Kernop.
