COMMENTS

Slaughter cows and bulls were steady.Replacement bred cows  and  cow calf pairs holding steady on light supply .    Calves and feeder cattle 1  to 3 dollars higher. Very good market with lots of buyer activity strong demand. That is what we like to see.  Fed cattle in the West  higher last week  @ 131- 136.50 with a few cattle bringing up to 139 through Iowa  auction sales. The power of auctions is True Price Discovery!
