On Saturday 02/25/17, the 100 block of S. Foster and the 100-300 block of N. Foster St. will be closed for the Krewe of Kolosse Mardi Gras Parade.  


These streets will be closed at 1:00 pm.  All vehicles must be removed from the street prior to the road closure.  This includes vehicles parked alongside the roadway.  


 Any vehicles left, will be towed at the owner’s expense.  Once the road is re-opened, parking can resume.
