Not One Mention - Not One Question From Media - MEDIA COWARDS

HOUSTON COUNTY: Today proved that I do not wan the classification as regular media.
The Houston County Commission met today for their regular scheduled meeting. Not one single commissioner ever mentioned they attended the Alabama Association of County Commission Meeting last week.
Not one word that Commissioners Sinquefield, Culver and Battles voted with other Alabama Commissioners to seek a $ 1.2 BILLION DOLLAR tax increase when the Alabama Legislature kicks off in February.
And not one single media member in attendance asked any of the commissioners about the issue, vote and their position.
That is the media being a coward and not fulfilling their obligations to the public.
EXAMPLE:
How many gallons of gas does your vehicle take to fill it up?
Multiply the gallons time 3 cents, and how many times per year you gas up. And that is what you will have as a sales tax increase at the hands of Houston County Commissioner Doug Sinquefield, Mark Culver and Jackie Battles.
And none of them had the respect or backbone to explain it to you. But the media allowed them to get by without being asked about the sales tax increase.
Several Dothan Commissioners lost their job over a one cent sales tax increase. Your Houston County Commissioners wants a three cent per gallon increase
