Remembering All Mothers Who Have Lost A Child

As we celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday I ask you to pray for all the loving mothers that have lost a child.


Let us recognize all mothers who have lost a child.  Let us acknowledge their strength and eternal love. Let us remember their beautiful children today.



To many of these Mom’s, Mother’s Day is a very difficult time. The best way we can help is by remembering their child. If you know a parent who has lost a child don’t be afraid to ask them about their child...they want to talk about their child just like we do about ours. Remember their greatest fear is that their child will be forgotten. 


To all parents who have lost a child I welcome you to come and visit The Angel Of Hope statue at Westgate Park on Mother’s Day. Many parents place a flower at the base of the statue in memory of their child. On the back of the statue these words are inscribed :


ALL OUR CHILDREN LOVED, MISSED AND REMEMBERED
