Single Vehicle Accident Claimes the Life of a Clio Man

TROY POST -- A single-vehicle crash at 12:43 a.m. today, Feb.11, has claimed the life of a Clio man.  Reggie Govan, 30, was killed when the 2006 Mitsubishi Galant he was driving left the roadway, struck a driveway and overturned.


Gavin, who was not using a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene by Barbour County Deputy Coroner Brandon Green. The crash occurred on Barbour County 15, ten miles south of Clio.


Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
