HOUSTON COUNTY: Many thanks to Rose and Kenneth Woodham and their daughter Courtney for the beautiful facility at Magnolia Bay on Memphis Church Road in Houston County.
On Friday evening the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner was out of this world. Then on Saturday the wedding venue, the setting, the facilities were out of this world.
The hospitality, the services provided, the complete venue of Magnolia Bay were out of this world. Located at 4768 Memphis Church Road ( 334-648-3931 ). A place you will want to check out for wedding and events you might have.
The Petal Pusher in Ashford, Mr. Hugh, did the decorations for the wedding. A great job. Following the ceremony the beautiful wreath, Emily and Josh and many in the wedding party went just down the road to where Emily's grandmother, Carolyn Coskrey is buried. There they placed the wreath at her grandparents grave of which Emily loved and adored.
The staff of Blue Plate in Dothan. They provided most of the food, tea and servers for the meal following the wedding. They did everything and we did not have to worry about any of it.
AND FINALLY WHAT CAN I SAY... for 48 years Andrews Bridal Shoppe located at 700 West Adams Street ( 334-793-3430 ) provided the wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses and tuxedos for the wedding party. They were out of this world in providing service. Being there to make sure all dresses and tuxedos fit properly and all items needed were there. I can see why they have been in the business for 48 years. A great team.
