Res. No._________Entering into contract with Praestare Engineering in the amount of $35,000.00 to provide engineering services for the Limestone Creek Drainage Basin Study and cost estimates for possible improvements, and appropriating funds for said services.

Res. No._________Entering into an agreement with Ring Power Corporation for rental of a bucket truck to be used for the installation of transmission line to the E. Burdeshaw Substation and to upgrade the transmission line at the South Park Substation at $10,000.00 per month.

No._________Entering into a permit agreement with the Alabama Department of Transportation for the installation of one (1) tapping tee and valve with approximately 10 linear feet of ductile iron pipe for fire line and one (1) tapping tee and valve with approximately 30 linear feet of ductile iron pipe for fire hydrant to serve addition to Wayne Farms processing plant located in Dothan.
