ALABAMA:    Two main parts to this article:


POINT NUMBER ONE


CHRISTMAS is about the birth of Jesus Christ. It is has been funny hearing people ask why churches are having services on Christmas Day. DUH...Christmas is about the "virgin birth" of Jesus Christ.


So is it not most appropriate on Christmas Day to worship Jesus Christ on HIS birthday by attending Church? And attending in an attitude of worship.


That is why there will be church services on Sunday.


POINT NUMBER TWO   


STOP creating negative memories for your children and grand children. You are not going to get a Judge's order to force visitation for the holidays. Ain't gonna happen.


Law Enforcement CAN NOT enforce a divorce decree and visitation without a SPECIFIC COURT ORDER that reads " Law Enforcement is directed to ....".


So if those words are not contained in the final divorce decree, your calling the law because your decree reads you are to have the children, there is nothing law enforcement can do. So do not waste law enforcement's time in calling them.


To the parent being a horses butt, STOP IT. If the other parent of the child was good enough for your one night stand or marriage for you to conceive the child, then that parent is good enough to have some visitation over the holidays with the children.


It is not the child's fault you are the parent. That child has no control over who their parents are. So just because you act stupid and selfish, do not create negative memories for the children and grandchildren over time with the other parent.


Also visitation is not tied to child support. Those are two different issues. Just because the other parent is not keeping their obligation of paying child support, how is that the child's fault. I promise you they will grow up realizing who the responsible parent was that really cared for them. So do not put the child in the middle of Christmas visitation because you are STUPID and trapped in an adult's body.


COURT SYSTEM AND LAW ENFORCEMENT  


Believe you me, they have both heard many stories of how sorry the other parents are. You can not tell the court system or law enforcement anything they have not heard.


And law enforcement and courts realize, if they are that bad why did you lay with them and conceive the child? That must make you ( male or female ) just as sorry.


But you are not going to get a court order this late in the game. And you are not going to get law enforcement to be able to enforce something this late in the game.


So shut up, be cooperative, and create positive memories for the children and grandchildren.


CHRISTMAS   


Remember it is CHRISTmas. What is the first part? CHRIST.


The reason for the season, the reason for the day. And your children or grandchildren, your friends or neighbors do not really want to listen to how sorry the other parent is.


Because there are three sides to every story...his, hers and the truth.
