KINSEY:   11:28 AM    Houston County Sheriff 911 has dispatched a structure fire at Bella (?) Trace Apartments in Kinsey. There is a smoke smell in the mail room and the person working has limited access to the rooms.


Houston County has dispatched Kinsey and Webb Volunteer Fire and Headland Rescue to the scene.
