Multiple Houston County Deputies are on the scene of a reported armed robbery at the One Stop Food Mart on Cottonwood Road in Lovetown. Reports are that a white female with blond hair and armed with a pistol is being sought by Deputies at this time.
We will update with more information when we have it.

After an investigation by the Houston County Sheriff's Office it was determined that it was NOT an armed robbery. A female had went into the store and while in the store the person she road with moved the vehicle from one location at the gas pumps to the other side of the pumps.
She came back out wasn't paying attention got into a vehicle that was at the pump getting gas not the vehicle she road to the store in.
The female that was pumping gas thought she was going to steal her purse cause she didn't know the female. She tried to get her purse from the vehicle and run in to the store were her husband and child were.
The two were pulling on the purse and the lady that got in the wrong vehicle pulled a gun on the owner of the purse and vehicle
The female was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit and menacing.
