HOUSTON COUNTY:   1:43 PM    Earlier today Houston County Sheriff Investigator Ricky Herring received a call there was a bad odor and smell on Highway 605 near Piney Grove Church at the creek.


Investigator Herring went and checked the smell and found a deer carcous that was causing the smell.


Investigator Herring and others involved in the search for missing persons Amanda Bond ( Anderson ) made a decision to have the dogs trained for cadavers track that area.


The search has continued for Amanda Bond ( Anderson ) who has been missing since last Monday. Houston County Sheriff Investigators have arrested Joshua Tew for Capital Murder in the disappearance of Amanda.
