1:54 PM....Structure Fire in Ashford on Davis Street

HOUSTON COUNTY: Multiple Fire units from Ashford and Cowarts responded to a report of a structure fire at 609 David Street.
The first unit on scene advised heavy flames visible. Houston County Sheriff’s Office responded along with Ashford Police and Ashford ambulance.
Firefighters made entry and were able to knock the fire down quickly. No one was home at the time of the fire. The cause of the fire is not known at this time.
The road the fire is located on is closed due to emergency equipment and supply line blocking the road
