DOTHAN: Around 3:00 pm Dothan Police responded to a to a report of a possible burglary in progress on Virginia Drive.
Reports are a black male took off running toward Main Street. A BOLO went out for a young black male with no shirt heading towards Porter Square.
A reponding unit spotted the suspect getting into a vehicle and they took him into custody. The suspect attempted to resist arrest but that didn’t work out to good for him.
He was taken to the Dothan City Jail for booking.
