3rd Annual Wicksburg High School Panther 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run

Wicksburg High School's PTO is hosting the 3rd Annual Panther 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run on Saturday, March 14, 2015, at Wicksburg High School. Wicksburg wants to promote fitness for our community and is encouraging everyone in the community to participate in this event.  Registration is open to everyone! The school administration is encouraging student participation by offering students, classes and club’s incentives for participating.  

Pre-registration for either the 5K or 1 Mile is due before February 28, 2015.  Each entry costs $20 and includes a t-shirt or there is a no t-shirt option for $10.  Pre-registration participants can pick up packets from 3:30-6:30PM on Friday, March 13, 2015, at the Wicksburg Elementary Library or on race day before 7:30 A.M.  Race-day registration is also available between 7:00AM and 7:30AM for $25 or $10 for no t-shirt.  The 5K race starts at 8:00 AM and the 1 Mile Fun Run starts at 9:00 AM.  An awards ceremony will be conducted upon completion of the 1 Mile Fun Run. Awards include: overall male and female and top 3 male and female in each age bracket.  

Funds from this event will be invested in our school to provide educational opportunity and advancements for our students.
