HOUSTON COUNTY: Deputies responded to a report of a person down on Fortner Street at Caravella. Reports are female passed out behind the wheel with kids in the vehicle. The person reporting the call had made contact with the female and kids. Pilcher's responded to the call to check out the female driver. Two Taylor Police units responded also since they were closer.
