4:20 PM... Structure Fire in Cowarts

HOUSTON COUNTY: At 4:20 PM......Multiple Fire units from responded to a report of a structure fire at Joan Circle and Bluff Springs Road.
The first unit on scene advised light smoke visible. Houston County Sheriff’s Office responded along with an ambulance from Ashford.
Reports are firefighters have located the fire and have fire out at this time. UNCONFIRMED reports are possible food on the stove. No one was home at the time of the fire.
The road the fire is located on is closed due to emergency equipment blocking the road.
