6:11 PM... Dothan Fire Responds to report of Smoke from an Electric Outlet

DOTHAN: Multiple Dothan Fire units responded to a report of a structure fire at 100 Downie Point Court. Reports are smoke from an electrical outlet.
The first unit on scene advised nothing visible. Battalion 2 has command. Dothan Police responded along with an ambulance from Pilcher's. While en-route to the structure fire call Pilcher's radioed in that a wreck with no injuries at Main and Oates...
Engine 8 advised no fire just a shorted outlet and all other responding units could cancel and return to service.
