HOUSTON COUNTY:  Each morning at 8:30 AM Houston County District Court Judge Benjamin Lewis holds hearings called 72 Hour Hearings. These hearings are for persons in the Houston County Jail that have not made bond.

A person in jail is required to go before a Judge within 72 hours of arrest to be advised of their charges, the bond, if they plan to employ an attorney or need an attorney appointed.

This is todays docket.

FTA DWS - Failure to appear for Driving While Suspended

FTA NWNI - Failure to appear on Negotiating Worthless Negotiable Instruments ( Bad Check )

FTA UPCS - Failure to appear on Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance
