HOUSTON COUNTY: 8:11 PM. The cross drain on Cobb Road was recently installed. At 40 Cobb Road.
The weather today washed it out. A car struck the hole in the road.
The good thing is no one was hurt. The bad thing is 40 Cobb Road off Highway 605 is closed.
Alabama Department of Law Enforcement - Troopers investigated. Houston County Sheriff Deputies are on the scene. Members of Southern Junction Volunteer Fire, Rehobeth Fire and Rehobeth under the command of Chief Matt Boster are on the scene.
