8:13 PM... Two Vehicle Accident on US 84 Near Panther Road

HOUSTON COUNTY: At around 8:13 pm units from Wicksburg Fire and Wicksburg Rescue responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on US 84 near Panther Road...
When units arrived they requested the deputies to step it up due to one of the driver possibly being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Reports are the driver was out of the vehicle and had ran towards the wood line. The reports are the drive was growling at firefighters when they got close.
Deputies have the driver in custody at this time...
