A 22-year-old man was fatally shot early Sunday morning after pointing a gun at an Ohio state trooper and ordering him out of his vehicle.
A state trooper was finishing up paperwork while sitting in his cruiser when a man, later identified as Justin McHenry, 22, approached the trooper while displaying a weapon, according to reports.
The Associated Press reported the trooper attempted to disarm McHenry before firing his weapon.
