MIDLAND CITY:  An editorial was written this week concerning incidents which might have or might have not occurred at Dale County Hugh School in Midland City.

We have gone through the proper protocol in order to attempt to find out the proper information. The Midland City Police Chief has been unable to return the phone call of the WDHN News Director Ken Curtis. Dale County School Superintendent Donnie Bynum would not answer the questions of WDHN.

We have received so many emails, facebook and questions about the incident, but unable to get answers.

This is a text message I received on April 13, 2013: "Mr. Stokes, I live in Midland City and saw the reporter in our neighborhood from WDHN. He was simply looking at the high school. I am very concerned citizen, so I asked him what was going on. He told me that two of the coaches in Dale County High here in Midland City are being accused of sexting and watching porn with them. I expected to see this on the news, but it hasn't been publicized yet. I hope the good ole boy system doesn't prevail this time. Keep us posted". Concerned system.

Since the posting of the article we have received information. The accusations against the teacher might or might not be true. However, we have been unable to get the truth. However since one of the persons involved is related to the Midland City Police Chief we not understand why.

The Dale County Sheriff Department is conducting an investigation into this incident. We expect a press release from them on Monday.

The Midland City Police Chief and TWITTER Message

Through WDHN TV the Midland Police Chief was attempted to be called. He has yet to return the phone call - from the cell phone furnished by the City of Midland City.

It is amazing these people want the media when they want something, but when the media calls for questions he is to sorry, yes I said to sorry to return the phone call. We realize one of the persons involved is your relative. WDHN TV called and left a message and you deserve to return the call, or resign as Chief if you can not handle the question.

However the life of a Midland City Police Chief as Chief is not very long. They usually get fired before they get known.

As to the Dale County School Supt. Donnie Bynum, you owe the respect to return the call and at least refer to the proper investigating agency.

The article posted has produced sources which w will never reveal. We keep our sources confidential. But always feel free to call me. My personal cell phone number is 334-790-1729. Call me with information. You might have to call a number of times because of the volume of calls.

Text me pictures when you see the Midland City Police Chief and who is with. Text me with pictures or information of the Dale County School Supt. Donnie Bynum, who is with and location. You never know how that will play into something.

If Walker, or whatever his name is, accepted the Chief of Police job in Midland City. You have an obligation to call the media back in order to answer the questions. That is part of the job. The media gets all of this information and that is how things get out of control.

The Accused

We would not work with kids. All it takes in one getting mad and saying something and here we go. So I am not saying you are guilty or anything to that nature.

If the accusations are wrong, we will defend.
