Accident In Houston County Has Required Three Ambulances

HOUSTON COUNTY: At 8:04 AM there was an accident dispatched at 4230 Glenn Lawrence Road intersection and Enon Road. At time of dispatch there were two vehicles and two patients bleeding.
Webb Volunteer Fire responded to the scene along with Ashford Rescue. After arrival Ashford Rescue requested the assistance of Pilcher's Ambulance to send additional ambulances. Ashford dispatched two additional ambulances.
Matt Boster is on the scene of the accident. They are 4 "walking wounded" patients, meaning injured but not life threatening injuries. There is one additional patient which they have called "trauma alert" status, meaning injuires are severe.
Houston County Sheriff Deputies are on the scene. The accident will be investigated by Alabama State Troopers.
A Ford Ranger truck is upside down on top of a full size GMC Truck,
A total of 5 people were taken to local hospitals for injuries sustained in the wreck.
