Alabama Attorney General's Motion In Opposition To Stay Today's Hearing Filed With Alabama Supreme Court

MONTGOMERY:  Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange and his assistant Sony Reagan continue to press on with the mandate issued to them by former Alabama Governor Bob Riley. Protect the monopoly created by Riley in making the Indians a succcess.


HEDA filed a Motion To Stay the hearing scheduled in Houston County Circuit County Court. The Motion was filed with the Alabama Supreme Court.


Strange and Reagan filed their opposition with the Alabama Supreme Court.


So far there has been no ruling by the Alabama Supreme Court Justices. The hearing will go ahead at 9 AM on the fourth floor of the Houston County Courthouse.
