ALABAMA: There is “Dog the Bounty Hunter” and then there is “Chihuahua the Bounty Hunter”.
On Wednesday Bail Enforcement Officers of A – Advantage Bonding tracked down a bail jump. He was tracked to a residence out in the county.
When the Bail Enforcement Officers hit the residence it was apparent the doors were pad locked from the inside. There were cameras on the outside of the residence where the person(s) inside could view outside the residence.
When I arrived at the residence I went around the house and looked at the windows and doors. I knocked loudly on the door, announced who I was and my purpose. There was no response.
We disconnected the camera but did not disconnect all of the cameras. Yes, we missed one.
A decision was made to use force and enter a side rear door. The door was forced open and entry was made into the house. We made entry on the back porch and into the kitchen. As I approached the dining room it was dark. I remained there because Matt and David were responding and I needed a flash light.
As I was standing in the kitchen at the dining room I saw the white male subject run. Because it was dark inside the house, I only yelled for the subject to give himself up. I did not pursue in the house because of safety.
As I yelled the white male suspect dove through a closed window in the house into the yard and began to run. A – Advantage Bonding agents began a foot chase and the suspect was apprehended and taken into custody.
Sheriff Deputies were called to the residence. Evidence of drug activity was found in the residence. The suspect was turned over to Houston County Sheriff Deputies to be placed in the Houston County Jail.
Involved with A – Advantage Bonding apprehension, John Curtis Stokes, Ricky Beck, Cole Battles, David Peacock, Matt Boster and myself.
People ask me what I do and my response is, I chase politicians and criminals. The difference is, the criminals do not lie as much as the politicians do!!!
