HOUSTON COUNTY:    All systems are still on go. The case where Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange has filed against Center Stage is still on go for September 26 at 9 AM.

The hearing is set for the Motion To Dismiss the case where Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange wants to take all of the money and machines they seized from Center Stage.

The Alabama Supreme Court has not entered a decision granting or denying the motion filed by HEDA.

Attorney General Luther Strange and Assistant Sonny Reagan filed a response in opposition to the motion filed by HEDA.

The opposition document will be filed in a few minutes. I am going to eat first!
