Andalusia Man Charged in Capital Murder in Covington Co.

Based upon findings from interviews and investigations, Shelton L. Foster, 59-year-old white male, of an Airport Rd address in Andalusia, has been charged with CAPITAL MURDER in the death of Donnie Earl Bone of Butler County.
