The Salvation Army helps people all year and every year during the Christmas Season we assist families with food and/or toys. The Salvation Army will be taking Applications for Houston, Henry and Geneva Counties October 5 through 9, 2015. Applications for the ANGEL TREE & FOOD WILL BE TAKEN from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. These applications will be taken in the Community Room of The Salvation Army at 1001 South Bell Street.
If you will need help with food and/or toys this Christmas, please stop by our office at 1007 S. Bell St. to pick up a list of items you will be required to bring with you at the time of sign up. We cannot take your application if you do not have the required information.
Please note these are the only sign-up dates. There will be no others.
We serve Houston, Henry and Geneva counties.
We are a United Way Agency.
P.S. As always, we invite the Media to any and all of our events. Please call or come by. We have a past recipient willing to be interviewed should you want an interview. We need your help to get the word out to those needing assistance!
