HOUSTON COUNTY: Today was the Annual Retired Law Enforcement Luncheon held at the Houston County Farm Center. This was a brain child of former Sheriff Andy Hughes and others that make it happened every year.
The luncheon is sponsored by local business and gives retirees the chance to catch up and see old friends.
Every year retired law enforcement pass away, this is a chance to remember them and fellowship with the families.
When Sheriff Valenza took office he vowed to keep it an annual event. Below is a short slide show of this years event.
