Ariton Man Charged with Domestic Violence/Assault 2nd

On March 29, 2015 Dale County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a domestic dispute on County Road 95 in Ariton. When Deputies arrived they found a female victim that had been struck in the back with a hammer and was knocked to the ground. The victim also informed Deputies that she was pregnant. The female stated that the suspect had fled the scene prior to Deputies arriving. The victim was transported to a local hospital by Ariton Rescue where she was treated and released.


On March 30, 2015 Deputies arrested Nicholas Giusinger and charged him with Felony Domestic Violence/Assault 2nd . Giusinger is currently being held in the Dale County Jail pending his 1st appearance hearing.
