BAY COUNTY FL: A Ashford man died after being tased by Bay County Florida Sheriff Deputies.
According to the News Herald in Panama City, 23 year old Andrew Grande was tased by Bay County Sheriff Deputies and choked to death on a large bag of marijuana.

The newspaper says Grande was running away from Deputies at Executive Inn on front Beach Road after a disturbance at 2 AM.
Reports re after Deputies confronted Grande and placed one handcuff on him and struggle took place. Reports are Grande was observed putting something in his mouth.
Reports are Grande managed to free himself from the deputies and that is when the deputies tased him. Grande is reported to have pulled taser probes out and seemed to choke. Deputies then attempted to use the Heimlich maneuver but were unsuccessful.
Grande was transported to Bay Medical Center in Panama City where he was pronounced dead.
The incident was caught on tape from a TV crew that was riding with Deputies. The three deputies have been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation.
Grande is from Ashford Alabama but was currently living in Panama City and in Dothan.
