Association of Letter Carriers' Annual Food Drive to be held Saturday, May 9th

On Saturday, May 9th, the National Association of Letter Carriers' will be having their Annual Food Drive.  Your letter/rural carrier will soon be delivering a postcard/plastic bag in  your mail box.  Please donate any non-perishable foods.  These foods should have a long expiration date, items you would store in your pantry.  All donations will be collected by your carrier and donated to a local food bank to be distributed to the needy in your community.  With the recent storms in the Wiregrass, many residents have been without power and have lost their perishable items in their freezers.  Please help your neighbors and friends.  Place all non-perishable food items by your mailbox or wherever you receive your mail.  The carrier will collect the bags and deliver to the local food bank.  Once again, we appreciate  the generosity of the Wiregrass!
