At least 3 wounded in shooting at South Carolina elementary school

DEVELOPING: Two students and a teacher were wounded in a shooting Wednesday at a South Carolina elementary school.


Anderson County deputies said a teenage suspect was taken into custody after a shooting at Townville Elementary School, according to the Anderson County Sheriff's Office.


The Associated Press reported that the victims were flown to a hospital. The students' injuries do not appear to be life-threatening, according to local reports.


The coroner also said that a man was found dead three miles from the school and the death is possibly related to the incident, according to the Greenville News.
