No._________Entering into a permit agreement with the Alabama Department of Transportation for the installation of a tap and valve with water main for fire line, taps with copper service line, each with service meters and tap with copper service line and irrigation meter for two new restaurants located at the 5000 Block of Montgomery Highway (US 231 N) in Dothan.

Res. No._________Awarding the bid, entering into a contract and issuing a Notice to Proceed to Air Conditioning Associates for the Chiller Replacement and HVAC Upgrades to the Civic Center Complex in the amount of $263,050.00, which includes the Base Bid, Alternate 1, and Alternate 3.
