HEADLAND:    In the case filed by a local law firm against in the City of Headland in the death of O’Patrick Humphrey, Dothan Attorney Jim Pike has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.


The motion is lengthy. But the motion gives details of the events that took place on the morning the Headland Officer was required to use deadly physical force.
