Attorney Shaun McGhee Gets Not Guilty In Domestic Violence and Criminal Mischief Case

HOUSTON COUNTY:    This week is criminal jury trials in Houston County Circuit Court. A case that was tried by a jury of 12 before the Honorable Butch Binford was that of Allison Lawrence Gamble.


Gamble, a truck driver, was arrested by Officer Dill of Houston County Sheriff Department on June 28, 2015.


The allegations of the complaint against Gamble read " rammed the vehicle of ( not naming victim ) several times.


Mr. Gamble made a wise decision shortly after arrest. He employed Attorney Shaun McGhee to represent him in the criminal case.


The case went to trial before a jury. After a 20 minute deliberation by the 12 member jury, they returned a unanimous verdict of NOT GUILTY.
