ATV Catches Fire in Coffee County Turning the Fire Into a Brush Fire

Goodman, AL: Enterprise Communications dispatched Goodman Volunteer Firefighters to a brush fire this morning on Coffee County Road 615. The fire was only reported to have been a brush fire, but when one Goodman Unit arrived on scene, he found that a John Deere Gator had flipped on a slope and caught on fire. Goodman requested Mutual Aid from Battens to respond. Battens and Goodman put the fire out in a joint effort. No one was injured in the fire or the Gator that flipped.

 

BY THE WAY: Currently, as of 2:47 there has been approximately 4-6 Brush Fire calls in Coffee County. People, please make sure you can contain your fire that you set. It is hard to contain a fire by yourself with the winds being like they are today.
