BOLO - Dothan Police Are Searching For This Dothan Businessman - WANTED Ashley Ryan Holder

DOTHAN:   Dothan Police need your help in locating a Dothan businessman who has outstanding arrest warrants.

Dothan Police issued the lookout for Ashley Ryan Holder. Holder lives at 3055 Fynn Road, Apartment C-83.

Holder is described as a white male, 6'0 in height, blue eyes and balding brown hair. Holder was born in April 1979.

Holder owns and operates       , a automotive repair business located at 161 Glover Road in Dothan Alabama.

On April 28, 2017 Dothan Police Investigator Terry Nelson arrested Ashley Ryan Holder on a class B felony, Theft of Property in the first degree. That offense carries a sentence of a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 20 years in the Alabama State Penitentiary. Holder was later released on a bond in the amount of $ 30,000.00.

The allegations are that Holder exchanged vehicles with a friend of his. Holder took the friends vehicle, a Jeep, took the vehicle license plate off the vehicle, and is reported to have cased a residence. Holder is alleged to have returned and stole the boat at the residence he cased.

What Holder was not aware of, Dothan Police Investigator Terry Nelson located video which identified the vehicle used to steal the boat. It was a very distinctive Jeep.

Dothan Police located the owner of the Jeep and he was required to go to the Dothan Police Department for questioning. The Jeep owner was in total shock of the situation and was questioned extensively of why his Jeep was involved in the theft of a boat.

After Ashley Ryan Holder almost got his friend arrested for Theft of Property, Dothan Police Investigator Nelson figured out that Ashley Ryan Holder used his friends Jeep for the theft.

YES FOLKS - Ashley Ryan Holder was the type of friend that would borrow his friends Jeep and then use it to steal a boat, almost getting his friend arrested.

Ashley Ryan Holder owns and operates ATC Fab and Performance located at 161 Glover Road in Dothan Alabama.

Since Holder's arrest on April 28, 2017 Dothan Police Investigator Terry Nelson has continued his investigation. Due to the investigation Investigator Nelson has obtained additional arrest warrants on Ashley Ryan Holder.
