UPDATED: Armed Robbery just Occured at the Shoe Show on Inez Road

DOTHAN: Dothan Police and Houston County Sheriff's Office are responding to a report of an armed robbery that just occurred approximately 5 minutes ago at the Shoe Show

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’6” to 5’7” tall with dark blonde hair, last seen wearing a dark blue tee shirt. He is reported to have locked the clerk in the bathroom so the direction of travel is unknown.

At approximately 1:35 pm, the Dothan Police Department received a call of an armed robbery (in progress) at the “Shoe Show” located at 301 West Inez Rd. Investigators are currently on scene and describe the suspect as being a white male, approximately five feet, six inches tall, medium build  with sandy blonde hair. The suspect is believed to be in possession of an unknown type of knife.
