DOTHAN AND HOUSTON COUNTY:  Houston County Sheriff Vice Units are in vehicle pursuit and now foot pursuit on North Park and Orange Avenue area. The subject has bailed from the vehicle on Houston Street, leaving a red Dodge Stratos rolling as the suspect jumped from the vehicle. The officers are in foot pursuit. The suspect is a black male wearing a yellow plaid shirt.

Reports are now Houston County Sheriff Deputies have chased the suspect down on foot and apprehended him at 835 North Park Avenue.

The chase was by Houston County Sheriff Vice Officers. We do not know the offense the officers were attempting to stop the suspect for. Remember, chases are initiated by the person "in front of" the blue lights and not the person "under" the blue lights.

Black Male Brandon Bell was arrested and charged with Attempting to alude and two counts of possession. He was taken to the Houston County Jail.
