Update Breaking News: Man Accused Of Kidnapping Teen is in Custody

This morning around 4:30 am both the Dothan Police and Houston County Sheriff's Officer dispatch centers broadcasted that the BOLO (be on the look out) for the missing girl and her family was cancelled. we have learned this morning that the the family is ok and was caught in Cincinnati Ohio last night. We should be recieving some type of statementlater today with all the details.

In the early morning hours of Saturday September 22, 2012 agents from the FBI took Charles Dean Partin and Julie Ann Bethke into custody in Ohio. Recovered safely were Ailene Mariz Lander and the other five children. Limited details are being released at this time as the case comes to a close. The BOLOs for all subjects and the stolen Toyota van have all been cancelled. A full press release will be available Monday.

Again the Kidnapper and his family have been caught in Cincinnati Ohio.
